Internal Orders - What you need to know for End of Year

Thank you for choosing the RMIT Campus Store for your official RMIT merchandise and business needs throughout the year.
At the Campus Store, we always strive to deliver products suitable to your needs while providing a prompt and personal customer experience. For us to maintain this, we want to make our valued customers aware of important information and cut-off dates for orders being placed between Monday 4 November – 20 December 2019.
Monday 2 December 2019
The Bundoora Campus Store is closed for the year. All internal sales will be handled by the city team. The Bundoora store reopens Monday 13 January 2020, 10am – 3pm.
Tuesday 10 December 2019
Final day to order stock using an internal order number that is to be processed using your 2019 budget. This date has been confirmed by RMIT Finance and no exceptions will be made.
Wednesday 11 - 13 December 2019
Key Campus Store staff will be required at Marvel Stadium for Ticket & Gowning events. Therefore, quotes and response times to queries will be delayed. For small orders, please see retail staff in-store with your Internal Order form completed.
Wednesday 18 December 2019
All Campus Sore staff will be required at multiple Graduation Day events. Therefore, quotes and response times to queries will be delayed. For any small orders, please see retail staff in-store with your Internal Order form completed.
Friday 20 December 2019
Last trading day for the City Campus Store. No further internal orders will be taken past this date for the year. The City Campus Store reopens Monday 6 January 10am – 4pm.
Ordering / Stock levels
Campus Store does not always keep large quantities of products in stock. To avoid disappointment when ordering, please allow up to 48 hours for us to check stock levels across our three locations. Should we not have the quantity you require, we will source alternative items for your consideration. Please note, production and delivery of goods may take up to 8 weeks if Campus Store is required to re-order items.
If you are looking to purchase products that we do not stock, please allow up to 8 weeks for sourcing, design approval, production and delivery.
If you are looking to order using your 2019 budget, but do not have a specific delivery deadline, please send your enquiries before Monday 2 December 2019. This will allow ample time to provide a thorough quote. All orders must be finalised by Tuesday 10 December 2019 accordingly to RMIT Finance.
